The public site does not require an account. We may receive contact details and business context you deliberately send through email, scheduling links, or the optional intake flow, plus limited website analytics when enabled. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, financial, or production data through public forms.
We use information to respond to requests, assess engagement fit, deliver contracted work, protect the service, and improve our materials. Public intake classification runs in the browser; if an optional third-party webhook is configured, the form identifies the downstream submission path before use.
Hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, and client-approved delivery providers may process information under their own terms and in the regions they operate. Data residency, subprocessors, access controls, and transfer requirements for client work are defined in the signed engagement documents.
We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as reasonably needed for communication, delivery, security, legal obligations, and defensible business records. Safeguards are proportionate to the data and contracted scope; no public-site statement should be read as a certification or guarantee of absolute security.
The site may use essential browser storage for interface preferences and optional privacy-conscious analytics for aggregate performance. You can restrict storage and analytics through browser controls, although some preferences may no longer persist.
Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations, you can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by emailing inquiries@aiautomatedsystems.ca. We may need to verify the request before acting.
